Aloo paratha
Aloo paratha are Indian flatbreads filled with potatoes and spices.

Ingredients for 4 aloo paratha
- 250 grams of flour
- 100 grams of water
- 1 tbsp of olive oil
- 1 tsp of salt
For the filling:
- 300 grams of potatoes (about 3)
- 1 tsp of salt
- A pinch of pepper
- 1 tsp of cumin seeds
- 1 tsp of coriander seeds
- 1 tsp of garam masala
- ½ tsp of chili pepper
Preparation
First of all, boil the potatoes in hot water.
Let them cool down and smash them in a bowl. Add salt, pepper, cumin seeds, coriander seeds, garam masala, chili pepper, and mix.
Shape this filling into balls.
In another bowl, pour flour, water, oil, and salt. Knead down and shape the dough into 4 flatbreads.
In every flatbread, add a ball of filling. Close the flatbread on the filling and knead down again.
Cook every aloo paratha in a pan for about 3 minutes on each side.
Aloo paratha can be stored in the fridge for two days.
