Vegan hot chocolate
Hot chocolate is one of my favorite beverages, I drink it every day during the cold seasons.

Ingredients for one person
- 250 grams of unsweetened non-dairy milk (I suggest soy milk)
- 30 grams of dark chocolate
- 1 tbsp of raw cane sugar
- 1 tbsp of cornstarch
- 1 tbsp of unsweetened cocoa powder
Preparation
Combine in a saucepan cane sugar, cornstarch, and cocoa powder and mix. Add non-dairy milk and cook at low heat. After a few minutes, add chopped chocolate and continue to cook.
I suggest you drink hot chocolate as soon as you prepare it.
