Vegan golden milk

Ingredients for one person
- 220 grams of unsweetened non-dairy milk (I suggest oat milk)
- ¼ tsp of pepper
- ½ tsp of cinnamon
- ½ tsp of turmeric
Preparation
Add to a bowl pepper, cinnamon and turmeric and mix them.
Melt the spices in a pot, adding a tbsp of water. Add non-dairy milk and warm it up on low heat for ten minutes.
Golden milk can be kept in the fridge for a day, but it could lose some of its benefits and its flavor, so I suggest you drink it as soon as you prepare it.
