Matcha tea is a type of green tea. The leaves are worked and used during the tradition of the tea ceremony in many Oriental countries, such as Japan.

Ingredients for one person
- 100 milliliters of water
- 2 tsp of Power Matcha by Your Super Foods®
Preparation
Place the matcha powder in a bowl.
Warm the water at about 80 °C and pour it into the bowl.
Wisk quickly using the wood whip (chasen) to eliminate all lumps.
Don’t add sugar or any kind of sweetener.
Pour the matcha into a mug and enjoy it warm.
I suggest drinking matcha as soon as it is prepared otherwise, it will lose some of its properties.
