Ingredients for six waffles
- 210 grams of unsweetened non-dairy milk (I suggest soy milk)
- 150 grams of flour
- 40 grams of sunflower oil
- 1 tbsp of sugar
- 1 tsp of baking powder
Preparation
In a bowl combine flour, non-dairy milk, oil, sugar, and baking powder. Mix well. Heat the waffle iron and, when it’s warm enough, add a ladle of the mix. Close the waffle maker and let cook for about 7 minutes.
Waffles can be kept in the fridge for two days.
To garnish: you can use peanut butter.
