Vegan pear walnut oatmeal
Oatmeal is a nourishing breakfast. It is typical of the Anglo-Saxon culture. Here is one of my favorite versions.

Ingredients for one person
- 25 grams of oat flakes
- 180 grams of pear (about 1)
- 180 grams of unsweetened non-dairy milk (I suggest oat milk)
- 1 tsp of cinnamon
- 15 grams of walnuts
- 1 tsp of a liquid sweetener, such as agave syrup, maple syrup (optional)
- A pinch of salt
Preparation
First of all, chop the walnuts and cut the pear into cubes. Cook the pear in a saucepan, then add oat flakes, non-dairy milk, walnuts, and cinnamon and cook on low heat for ten minutes.
Oatmeal can be kept in the fridge for two days.
To garnish it: you can use walnuts and cinnamon.
