Ingredients for 8-10 biscuits
- 150 grams of flour (I used spelt flour)
- 8 grams of dry yeast
- 150 grams of peanut butter
- 50 grams of raw cane sugar
- 40 grams of dark chocolate
- 70 grams of unsweetened non-dairy milk (I suggest soy milk)
Preparation
Combine in a bowl flour, yeast, peanut butter, sugar, chocolate, and non-dairy milk.
Put the dough in the fridge for half an hour.
Create cookies and bake for 20 minutes in a convection oven at 180 °C.
Peanut butter chocolate cookies can be kept in the fridge for four days.
