Ingredients for two people
- 100 grams of dark chocolate
- 300 grams of avocado (about 1)
- 40 grams of sugar
- 2 tbsp of pistachios to decorate
Preparation
Melt the chocolate in a bain-marie
Next, pour the avocado, chocolate and sugar into a blender and blend for one minute. Place the mixture in the refrigerator for 15 minutes.
Meanwhile, chop up the pistachios.
Serve the mousse with a sprinkling of pistachios.
The avocado chocolate mousse can be stored in the fridge for three days.
