Ingredients for a jar
- 230 grams of hazelnuts
- 7 tbsp of unsweetened cocoa powder
- A pinch of cinnamon
- A pinch of salt
- 50 grams of powdered sugar
Preparation
Toast the hazelnuts into the oven for 15 minutes at 200 °C. Place them into a food processor with cocoa powder, cinnamon, salt, and powdered sugar. Mix until you obtain a smooth consistency (it will take you from 7 to 20 minutes, depending on the type of food processor you are using).
Hazelnut cocoa spreadable cream can be kept in an airtight jar for two weeks.
