Vegan sausage and potatoes
Sausage and potatoes is a flavourful and simple dish. I decided to recreate the traditional recipe, but vegan.

Ingredients for two people
- 300 grams of potatoes
- 130 grams of vegan sausage
- 1 tbsp of salt
- A pinch of pepper
- 1 tbsp of olive oil
- 2 sprigs of rosemary
Preparation
Wash the potatoes and cut them, trying to keep them the same size. Grease a pan with olive oil and add the potatoes. Let cook on low heat and stir frequently. After 15 minutes, add rosemary and the diced vegan sausage. Cook for 10 minutes. Serve warm.
Vegan sausage and potatoes can be kept in the fridge for three days.
