- 15 grams of apple cider vinegar

Preparation

First of all, cook the rice following the instructions on the package.
When the rice is ready, season it with apple cider vinegar and let it cool down.
Place the seaweed on a bamboo mat, then cover it with a layer of rice and leave a free centimeter on one of the sides.
Place sliced avocado.
Humidify your hands, roll it up tightly and cut it into six or seven pieces.
Repeat the same procedure by placing vegan tuna and tempeh into the other rolls.
Enjoy vegan maki with soy sauce.
