Vegan maki
Maki is a kind of sushi, which is a symbol of Japanese cuisine. Usually, maki are filled with fish, but I assure you that this plant-based alternative won’t make you regret the traditional ones.

Ingredients for 20 maki
- 100 grams of rice for sushi
- 3 leaves of dried seaweeds
- 15 grams of apple cider vinegar
- 70 grams of avocado (about ¼)
- 70 grams of tempeh
- 70 grams of vegan tuna (the recipe will be out very soon)
Preparation
First of all, cook the rice following the instructions on the package.
When the rice is ready, season it with apple cider vinegar and let it cool down.
Place the seaweed on a bamboo mat, then cover it with a layer of rice and leave a free centimeter on one of the sides.
Place sliced avocado.
Humidify your hands, roll it up tightly and cut it into six or seven pieces.
Repeat the same procedure by placing vegan tuna and tempeh into the other rolls.
Enjoy vegan maki with soy sauce.
Vegan maki can be stored in the fridge for three days.
