Vegan köttbullar
Köttbullar are the typical Swedish meatballs. Here is the recipe to prepare this dish but in a vegan way!

Ingredients for 10 köttbullar
- 240 grams of cooked lentils
- 60 grams of onion (about ½)
- 4 tbsp of breadcrumbs
- ½ tsp of salt
- A pinch of black pepper
- A sprig of rosemary
- 4 tbsp of lingonberry jam
Preparation
Blend in a food processor cooked lentils, onion, pepper, salt, rosemary, and breadcrumbs. Shape the mix into meatballs.
Cook for 25 minutes in a convection oven at 180 °C.
Serve with lingonberry jam.
Köttbullar can be stored in the fridge for four days.
