Vegan fajita
Fajita is a delicious Mexican dish, it is prepared with a tortilla filled with meat (in this case plant-based) and vegetables.

Ingredients for 2 fajitas
- 2 tortillas
- 350 grams of bell peppers (about 2)
- 100 grams of onion (about 1)
- 100 grams of soy chunks
- 2 tbsp of olive oil
- 1 tsp of salt
- A pinch of black pepper
- A punch of chili pepper
Preparation
First of all, cook the soy chunks in a pan.
In the meantime, slice the bell peppers and onion. Cook them in a pan with olive oil, salt, pepper, and chili pepper.
Fill each tortilla with bell peppers and soy chunks and cook for two minutes on each side.
Fajita can be stored in the fridge for a day.
