Asian sticky tofu

Ingredients for two people
- 200 grams of tofu
- 4 tablespoons of flour
- 4 tablespoons of soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon of seed oil
- 1 teaspoon cornstarch
Preparation
Cut the tofu into slices and dredge them in flour.
Mix the seed oil, cornstarch and soy sauce in a bowl and set aside.
Cook the tofu slices in a skillet for a few minutes on both sides.
When the slices are golden brown, pour in the sauce and wait for it to thicken.
Serve the sticky tofu hot, decorating with some seeds.
Sticky tofu can be stored in the fridge for three days.
