Ingredients for two people
- 240 grams of cooked chickpeas
- 2 tbsp of olive oil
- 1 tsp of turmeric
- 1 tsp of curry
- A pinch of salt
- A pinch of pepper
- A pinch of chili pepper
Preparation
First of all, drain the chickpeas and place them in a frying pan. Add olive oil and the other spices and cook for 3 minutes.
Spicy chickpeas can be kept in the fridge for three days.
You can add these chickpeas to your couscous.
