Ingredients for 8 breakfasts
- 100 grams of oat flakes
- 50 grams of sunflower oil
- 50 grams of maple or agave syrup
- A pinch of salt
- 120 grams of dried fruits and seeds, I used:
- raisins
- sunflower seeds
- dried figs
- hazelnuts
- almonds
- cashews
Preparation
First of all, blend roughly the dried fruits.
Combine oat flakes, dried fruits, and salt. Add the sunflower oil and maple syrup and mix.
Place the ingredients on a baking tray.
Bake for 10 minutes in a convection oven at 180 °C.
Allow it to cool down before storing in an airtight container.
Granola can be kept for two weeks inside an airtight jar.
