Ingredients for a bowl
- 240 grams of cooked chickpeas
- 1 tbsp of tahini sauce
- 1 tbsp of lemon juice
- 1 clove of garlic
- A pinch of salt
- A pinch of pepper
- A pinch of chili pepper
Preparation
Place in a food processor chickpeas, tahini sauce, lemon juice, garlic, salt, pepper, and chili pepper. Blend for a minute.
Hummus can be kept in the fridge for four days.
To garnish it: you can use sesame seeds or olive oil.
