Ingredients for a jar
- Seeds of a pumpkin
- 2 tbsp of olive oil
- 1 tsp of salt
- A pinch of pepper
Preparation
Remove the seeds from the pumpkin and let them soak for at least two hours.
Place them on a towel and let them dry for 48 hours.
Finally, put the seeds on a baking tray and add olive oil, salt, and pepper.
Bake for 20 minutes in a convection oven at 180 °C.
Toasted pumpkin seeds can be kept for one week inside an airtight jar.
