Ingredients for four people
- 600 grams of kale
- 2 tbsp of olive oil
- 1 tbsp maple syrup
- ½ tsp of chili pepper
- 1 tsp of salt
Preparation
Wash and cut the kale leaves. Dry them well and place them in a bowl.
Season with oil, syrup, chili and salt. Mix well.
Cook in a ventilated oven for 20 minutes at 160 °C.
The kale chips can be stored in the fridge for three days.
