Ingredients for two people
- 190 grams of carrots (about 2)
- 100 grams of potato (about 1)
- 50 grams of onion (about ½)
- 10 grams of fresh ginger
- ½ tsp of turmeric
- A pinch of salt
- 2 tbsp of soy sauce
- 200 grams of broccoli (about ½)
- 90 grams of soybean sprouts
- 160 grams of corn
- 1 tbsp of olive oil
- 100 grams of rice noodles
- 100 grams of smoked tofu
Preparation
Cut into cubes carrots, potato, onion, broccoli and put them in a big pot, add finely cut ginger, turmeric, salt, olive oil. Cover everything with water. Let it cook for 20 minutes. Add rice noodles, soy sauce, soybean sprouts, corn, smoked tofu, and water if necessary. Cook for another five minutes.
Ramen can be kept in the fridge for three days.
