Cooking time:

Cost:
Low
Ingredients for four people
- 300 grams of pasta
- 700 grams of Romanesco broccoli (about ¾)
- 50 grams of sun-dried tomatoes
- 50 grams of olives
- 1 clove of garlic
- 2 tablespoons of olive oil
- 1 tsp salt
- ½ tsp pepper
Preparation
Start by boiling the florets of Romanesco broccoli for about 10 minutes.
Next, brown the garlic in a skillet. After a few minutes, add the boiled Romanesco broccoli, salt and pepper.
Finely chop the sun-dried tomatoes and olives and add them to the skillet, stirring well.
Meanwhile, cook the pasta. When it is “al dente”, drain it and add it to the pan with the other ingredients.
Enjoy!
To serve: you can toast some breadcrumbs for a few minutes in a pan and sprinkle them over your pasta!
Pasta with Romanesco broccoli, olives and sun-dried tomatoes will keep in the refrigerator for two days.
