Ingredients for a jar

- 250 grams of pickled lupins

- 50 grams of sunflower seeds

- 30 grams of cashews

- 50 grams of nutritional yeast

- 2 tbsp of salt

- A pinch of pepper

Preparation

Rinse the lupins and let them soak for at least four hours. Cook them in a pan for ten minutes. Blend the lupins with sunflower seeds. cashews, nutritional yeast, salt, and pepper. Cook the mixture in a pan for a few minutes.

Lupin parmesan can be kept in the fridge for two weeks.
